White Carnation

Delta Kappa Alpha’s annual end-of-the-year banquet with awards, speeches, dinner, and dancing. This year’s theme was starry night, prominently featuring DKA’s colors of deep royal blue and old gold, which is displayed in the decorations through lights, photo ops, and table centerpieces. I was responsible for organizing the entire event through finding and booking a venue, ordering catering and a cake for the event, hiring a DJ, booking a photo booth vendor, creating the program schedule, and leading the set-up and strike teams. Guests enjoyed the decorations, the atmosphere, the programming, and the food.
